2025 Impact Report
As a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit, the Green Hydrogen Coalition (GHC) has been committed to advancing renewable hydrogen through educational and market development efforts since 2019. As the costs and impacts of climate change are accelerating and exponentially intensifying, the need for effective, commercially viable solutions has never been more pressing.
Since our inception, the GHC has educated and pursued policies/practices that support the scaled production and economy-wide use of renewable or 'green' hydrogen. Our work has focused on overcoming the barriers that hinder the growth of a robust green hydrogen market — challenges like limited shared infrastructure, regulatory uncertainty, and misconceptions about green hydrogen. By engaging in targeted educational campaigns, coalition building, and policy and regulatory interventions, our core activities dismantle these obstacles and accelerate the concurrent deployment of green hydrogen at-scale and bankable multisectoral demand.
