Webinar | Community Dialogues for Clean Resilience: Lessons Learned from the Calistoga Resiliency Center
As clean resilience infrastructure becomes increasingly important across California, many projects face challenges related to community understanding, trust, and communication. Effective engagement can help ensure projects move forward while addressing legitimate community concerns and misconceptions early in the process.
This GHC-hosted fireside chat, moderated by Tim Kamermayer, will feature representatives from Energy Vault, the Calistoga City Council, and possibly a state legislator to discuss the lessons learned from community engagement during the development and construction of the Calistoga Resiliency Center.
The webinar will explore practical lessons and best practices for community engagement in clean energy and resilience projects. Using the Calistoga Resiliency Center as a case study, the discussion will highlight real-world hydrogen project deployment success and provide insights into how developers, utilities, local leaders, and state agencies can work collaboratively with communities to build trust and deliver resilient infrastructure.
